I love this thing! I've been using it for about two weeks now, just for doing Tabata Intervals (20/10 x 8) with my Harbinger Speed Jump Rope - 9 Ft.
It's nice and compact, so I clip it to the wristband of my Timex Men's Ironman Triathlon 100-Lap FLIX System Watch # T5E231 (that does NOT do Tabatas) and set it to the 1-second vibrate alarm so I can keep my Creative Zen Stone Plus 2 GB MP3 Player (Red) cranked loud enough to drown out the crappy gym music and plate-slamming meat-heads. I tried clipping it to my waistband, but was not able to feel it thru my own jumping, and didn't want to use the beep, which is plenty loud.
Great for your Crossfit or RossTraining.com workouts or any interval training you're into. Highly recommended - it works! |

GymBoss as a Personal Trainer |

| When you're working with sparring bags to build cardio, the last thing you want to do keep an eye on the clock. GymBoss is like having a coach in the corner with a finger on the bell, cueing your efforts to exert, and telling you when to cool down. This little timer does on an individual scale what the big $150 digital models do for a studio full of combatants in training. I'm well-pleased with the way it has made interval exertion a flexible part of my training. |

| Super great for timing boxing rounds in my garage, good for cardio conditioning as well. Best $20 I have spend in a long time! |

Gymboss Interval Timer
Wow! What a great timer, and it's only $19.95! I use this timer for lifting weights to make sure I get the exact amount of rest between sets. No more watching the clock or guessing. 45 seconds sure goes by a lot faster than I thought it did!
I also just started a learn-to-run progam which makes you run for 2 min, walk for 1 min., etc, etc. The Gymboss works great for that too. It will beep, vibrate, or both so if you are running with your ipod you can still feel the vibration.
Can't recommned it enough. Great invention!
